At FARAS, we are committed to delivering your favorite styles to your doorstep quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully to understand how your order will be processed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Other Cities 3–7 business days
Remote Areas 5–10 business days
Please note that during high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), deliveries may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹70 – ₹120 based on location and weight.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1,499.
Express Delivery: Available in select cities at additional cost.
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes in India. However, COD may be restricted for high-value orders or remote areas.
COD Charges: ₹50 (waived on prepaid orders)
For certain orders, we may request an advance confirmation or partial payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also log in to your FARAS account to track the order status.

Order Verification & Delays
To ensure secure delivery, all orders are verified via a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our support team.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect shipping addresses
Unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts
Weather conditions or natural events
Courier-related delays
Non-Serviceable Areas
In the rare case that your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will notify you and issue a full refund or offer alternative options.
