Comply with Meerabai’s quality and ethical standards (no counterfeit, banned, or unsafe items).


All images must be high-quality and free from watermarks unless authorized.


3. Pricing & Inventory

You are responsible for setting accurate pricing and updating stock in real-time.


If a product becomes unavailable, it must be promptly marked as out of stock.


Pricing must be consistent with fair market value and not include hidden charges.


4. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must:


Process and ship orders within the specified time frame.


Use reliable packaging to prevent damage.


Share tracking information if applicable.


Ensure products meet the described quality before dispatch.


Late shipments or non-fulfillment may result in penalties or suspension.


5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Service

Sellers must cooperate with Meerabai’s customer support team to resolve buyer complaints.


Return and refund policies must align with Meerabai's standard return window unless otherwise stated.


You must accept returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.


Failure to respond to customer issues in a timely manner may affect your seller rating.


6. Payments & Commission

Meerabai will deduct a pre-agreed commission per order.


Payouts are processed after the return window closes or based on the seller's payout schedule.


Payment delays due to incorrect account details are the seller’s responsibility.


7. Prohibited Items

You are strictly prohibited from selling:


Counterfeit or replica items


Weapons or hazardous materials


Offensive or culturally inappropriate products


Used, broken, or unhygienic items (unless clearly stated and allowed)


Meerabai reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform ethics.


8. Code of Conduct

Sellers must:


Treat customers and Meerabai staff with professionalism and respect.


Avoid spam, fake reviews, and manipulative sales tactics.


Ensure ethical sourcing and fair labor practices wherever possible.


Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.


9. Intellectual Property

Sellers must have legal rights to sell all listed products.


Any violation of copyrights, trademarks, or design rights will lead to immediate action.


Meerabai is not liable for disputes arising from seller infringement.


10. Termination & Account Suspension

Meerabai reserves the right to:


Suspend or terminate seller accounts that breach this policy.


Withhold payouts in case of fraud, legal claims, or ongoing investigations.
