Conditions for Returns
1.Product Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects.
Fashion items may be tried on for fit but must remain in unworn condition.
2.Tags and Accessories
All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included with the return.
3.Packaging Requirements
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
If your order was delivered with an additional layer of FARAS packaging, it must be returned with the same packaging and the return shipping label attached.
Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer's box.
4.Return Acknowledgement Form
When returning an item at a FARAS return hub, please ask for a Return Acknowledgement Form, fill it out, and keep one copy for your records.
Important Notes
Please clearly mention your order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid delays or issues with processing.
Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to you at our discretion.
